The requisite of progress in “Second Step of the Revolution" is checking weaknesses and strengths of first step of the Revolution

Temporary imam of Friday Prayer of Sanandaj said: we have succeeded in first step of the Revolution, despite adversities were happened for the country so that we must check weaknesses and strengths of first one to make progress in “Second Step of the Revolution".

According to the website of the Islamic center (west branch), Mamusta Rasti at the special meeting on the statement of Second Phase of the Revolution stated: Human beings inherently need to form a society where they can interact with each other to meet the needs of life and realizing this matter requires a system that by adherence to it, they can help each other.

He added: while everyone inherently like to be sovereign, but if any country has not a government, the poor right will be violated, so each society needs a government and low by which people can observe their rights on the base of that low.

Temporary imam of Friday Prayer of Sanandaj continued: formation of each society needs government to control the laws.

He stressed: Islamic law have been originated from Quran and Sunnat and a law can meet the people’s needs that is not the product of human thought is imperfect and full of discrimination.

God’ law is perfect because God is aware of the past, present and future and his legislating is applied for all aspects of the human life while he doesn’t need it, he said.

Mamusta Rasti continued: since Muhammad's first revelation untile today there has been no question that jurists, imams, etc. cannot deduce from the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Stating that Quran as the law of Islam is a moral, spiritual, cultural and economic book, he specified: defect in the Islamic society is not result of defect in the essence of the Quran but it’s of human nature.

Those who claim to have law on human rights, their law has a history of 40 years The law that the Prophet of Islam prescribed for divine religion dates back 1400 years and there is no discrimination, disregard and cruelty in Islam.

Mamusta Rasti added: the best option for implementing God’s and the Prophet's law is the Islamic government and our duty is observing it.

He continued: The Islamic Revolution in the last 40 years was stablished by the great architect of the revolution (Imam Khomeini) in order to Quran and Islam rule society.

The Friday Imam of Qaba Mosque in Sanandaj said: Before the victory of the revolution we had nothing in the country and under these circumstances they imposed an eight-year war on us, and Iranian nation achieved victory by relying on unity, faith, and leadership.

Enemies scare the Islamic Revolution

Mamusta Rasti said: The Islamic Revolution started from zero, and over the course of 40 years we have reached a point where enemies fear Iran's divine system

He continued: Tramp has military base in Baghdad, but he has interred with expired light in Middle East, because most of the people of Middle East are Muslim and the enemies of Islam have to hide themselves from their view.

improper management is the cause of today's problems in the country

in another part of his speech, Mamusta Rasti stated: toay’s problem in the country is not because of the Islamic law and Islamic rule, but it is because of improper management by some managers.

He specified: followers of the Revolution all over the world expect that Iran rise this Sharia and divine law to the top of victory and raise the banner of Islam around the world.

The need to promote the unity of divinity school and university in the second step of the revolution

Pointing to the statement of the second step of the revolution and the duty of Sunni Muslims regarding the implementation of its fateful policies and programs, he added: promoting the unity of divinity school and university Sunni and Shia scholars and elites are among the most important priorities to be considered.

Mamusta Rasti stressed: we must all have interaction and fraternity because in our unity, revolution and divine system are insured against attack of enemies.

He acknowledged: Islam is rooted from the Qur'an and Sunnah and the branches are separated from the root but all are connected to the root.
